Job Description:

OSU Institute of Technology in Okmulgee is seeking candidates for an ACR Instructor. This individual will facilitate learning for an associate in applied science degree in the A/C Refrigeration Program within the School of Engineering & Construction Technologies, teaching courses in ACR system applications, commercial and residential a/c and heating systems, and commercial refrigeration. Instructional locations may vary among local OSU Campuses. Candidate must possess the ability to mentor students seeking a career in HVAC, & must have the capability to verbally and physically instruct students on how to do all aspects of the work. Supervise & maintain shop facilities, equipment & materials. Prepare & maintain course objectives, outlines and lesson plans. Bachelor Degree with a strong background in Commercial HVAC required and HVAC Journeyman license preferred. Other combinations of education & industry experience may be substituted for degree requirement. A criminal background check will be arranged through Human Resources.
