Naviron is pleased to partner with fast-growing startup that offers a business management SaaS solution to customers in the flooring and remodeling industry. They're looking for a Director of Customer Experience to lead and inspire a team and play a pivotal role in designing and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience and fuel business growth.
**This is a hybrid position, candidates must be located in Lehi, Utah or surrounding areas.**
What you'll be doing:
Lead and inspire the onboarding, CSM, and support teams
Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers
Identify project roadblocks and at-risk customers with your team
Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics for the team and coach your team members to become best-in-class contributors and support their personal development goals
Use data from customer feedback, surveys, and other insights to coach, motivate and reward the team, identify experience gaps, and improve efficiency
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to launch initiatives including Go To Market strategies
Evaluate, implement, and optimize processes, technology solutions, and/or workflows to achieve customer experience objectives
What you have:
4+ years building customer relationships with the ability to successfully manage high-profile accounts
4+ years working with B2B software
2+ years managing a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Obsessed with creating positive customer experiences
Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, team environment
HubSpot experience a big plus
Compensation:
$120-130K base + $20K variable = $140-150K total compensation
