We are seeking a results-driven and organized Marketing Manager to oversee and lead our marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies, foster innovation, and drive measurable results to elevate brand presence and sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and analytical skills, with a proven ability to execute and manage diverse marketing initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Leadership & Team Management

o Develop and oversee the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to align with company objectives.
o Provide guidance and direction to ensure marketing goals are achieved efficiently and effectively. • Supervision of Product Development
o Develop and implement product development guidelines across all departments to ensure consistency and alignment with brand strategy.
o Supervise all product development initiatives, ensuring progress aligns with organizational goals.
o Manage product development and branding budgets to optimize ROI and cost efficiency. • Trade Marketing Support
o Collaborate with trade partners to execute sell-out strategies, ensuring increased product visibility and sales at retail locations.
o Design and implement trade marketing initiatives, including in-store activations, merchandising materials, and retailer promotions.
o Analyze retailer performance and provide actionable insights to improve sell-through rates and strengthen trade relationships. • Digital Marketing Leadership
o Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including paid media, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
o Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, using insights to optimize results and drive online engagement.
o Oversee the creation of digital content that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with target audiences. • Campaign Management
o Lead the development of brand communication strategies to strengthen brand awareness and equity.
o Implement and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and business objectives.
o Manage the creation and execution of impactful trade show plans, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
o Oversee the execution and performance analysis of social media and influencer campaigns. • Content & Communication Oversight
o Review and approve all marketing materials, ensuring brand alignment and high-quality standards.
o Direct the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
o Lead and oversee the development of artwork, including printed, digital, and in-store materials, to ensure consistent branding and high creative quality. • Customer, Team, and Marketing Support
o Provide support to clients with marketing requests to strengthen partnerships and enhance client satisfaction.
o Collaborate with internal teams to provide marketing support that drives cross-departmental success and innovation. • Budgeting & Coordination
o Administer marketing budgets, including obtaining quotations and negotiating with suppliers.
o Oversee resource allocation to ensure project efficiency and cost-effectiveness. • Performance Monitoring
o Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress regularly.
o Analyze marketing data and reports, using insights to refine strategies. • Additional Responsibilities

o Work extended hours as necessary to complete all pending projects.
QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields; Master's degree preferred. • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in consumer goods. • Proven expertise in trade-marketing and digital-marketing strategy and execution. • Strong experience in brand communication and integrated campaign management. • Proficient in marketing tools and software (e.g., Canva, Microsoft Office, CRM systems). • Exceptional leadership, project management, and analytical skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
