Responsibilities
  • Serve as a point of contact for a diverse client base, ensuring excellent client relationships.
  • Provide administrative support to the managing partner.
  • Manage and coordinate active calendars and scheduling.
  • Compile and file tax returns electronically.
  • Assist in implementing new technologies and software tools to improve operations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
