This position pays between $35.00 and $42.00 per hour.
Our Semiconductor manufacturing client in Fremont, CA is seeking a Materials Planner for a 6-month contract who has solid Project Management skills.
Contract Length: 6-Month contract
Hybrid position 2 days onsite in Fremont, CA, 3 days remote
2-5 years of experience
Support shipments for new product by coordinating engineering owned material to appropriate shipping location (SAF/ZSA/Wafers)
Manage Project Services Fremont Mailbox
Manage reservations for material staged in inventory location
Establish and maintain a strong relationship between Program/Project Management, Engineering, Production Control and Supply Chain
AD hoc reporting as needed by Product Group
Participate in cross functional teams and commuicate delivery issues related to the build schedule
Coordinate material transfers/movements from engineering into unrestricted inventory location
Skill Requied:
Project Management expereince, PMP is desired but not required
SAP and Microsoft Excel using VLOOKUPs and formulas
Knowledge of SAP transactions such as MD04, MB51, LS24, ME27, MB21, MB22, and MB23
Proficient with creating PowerPoint presentations and maneuverting in SAP and SharePoint
Ability to read and interpret multi-level product BOM's
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Able to write clear emails directing actions for inventory movement between warehouses, production floor or Engineer's desk
Pay for this contract position is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
