About this Position
As a T. Rowe Price Senior Manager, you will lead trade management and portfolio implementation for discretionary portfolios as well as have responsibility for retail trading operations, which includes end-to-end oversight of portfolio rebalancing, trade execution, cash management, and reconciliation for all discretionary portfolios. A critical piece of the role is to utilize your technical and operational knowledge to execute investment strategies across client accounts.
In this role, you will lead a team of trading investment professionals and provides coaching and guidance to ensure optimal performance, while also managing relationships with third-party vendors, software vendors that handle portfolio management and trade execution.

Work Flexibility

Base salary ranges:
$132,000.00 - $225,000.00 for the location of: California, New YorkPlacement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
