Walmart Connect is seeking an experienced Director, Agency Partnerships to lead a team of senior agency development managers focused on growing our business and partnerships across the independent agency landscape. The ideal candidate will be an analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions for their clients and their team. They would have managed/scaled agency businesses, with specific experience across small to medium sized independent agencies with clients ranging from Fortune 100 brands to SMB or Marketplace sellers. Ideal candidates will have consistent management experience as well as extensive experience selling cross-network online marketing solutions such as search, display, video, CTV, and integrated sponsorship. Additionally, the candidate will have experience working within a matrix organization as well as experience in leading, coaching and influencing people. Candidates must have strong consultative sales skills with C-suite leaders, a collaborative and innovative spirit and be extremely comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for driving the future strategic direction of the business
Play a critical role in building, inspiring, training and managing a talented, motivated, highly consultative sales and services team
Strong ability to forecast and efficiently allocate resources to drive profitable business results
Understand our client's businesses and develop appropriate solutions to meet their needs
Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research and strategy development
Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers, be a point of escalation for any potential issues
Consult with Product Marketing to help shape product development in support of client needs in the region
Be seen as an industry leader in NYC

eCommerce Marketplace experience with a high understanding of the search industry
Demonstrated Marketing Automation and Programmatic Advertising expertise
Exhibits a high level of competency in oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated expertise in building relationships with senior agency decision makers.

The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
