Job Description:

Our flagship property, Hilton McLean Tysons Corner ,is searching for a Cocktail Server to join their Food and Beverage team at Harth Lounge and Bar!

This well-known, high-profile property is located directly adjacent to Hilton's headquarters in the bustling area of Tyson's Corner in McLean, Virginia. The beautiful 458 room property boasts over 27,000 square feet of elegant meeting space and two food and beverage outlets. Reliable transportation is a must as shifts will often end after Metro & Bus closures.

The ideal candidate is a passionate professional with previous Food and Beverage/serving experience, a background in high-end service, and expertise in elevated service standards. A basic knowledge of liquor, beer and wine is required.

Shift Pattern: PM shifts, as early as 3PM and ending as late as 12AM, weekends and holidays is required.
Pay rate: $11.62 per hour, plus tips

What will I be doing?

As a Cocktail Server, you would be responsible for serving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
• Take guest beverage and/or food orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
• Replenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
• Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
