Accounting Operations Associate at MMC in Broomfield, Colorado

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at ICAT for a 12-month temporary position. This role will be based in Broomfield, Colorado. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.


This role will include processing checks and/or Journal entries corresponding to the checks.



We will count on you to:

• Handle banking transactions daily transferring funds to multiple accounts, ACH, and Wire creation.
  
  


• Supports the production users in their daily work to aid as an additional resource.
  
  


• Observes and is involved in team projects as assigned to provide input to the project structure.
  
  


• Enters issues and tasks to be completed by team and follows up with responsible individuals; escalates issues when appropriate.
  
  


• Bank Reconciliation for multiple accounts weekly and month end
  
  


• Ability to complete all working a timely manner- ICAT has a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  
  

What you need to have:

• Intermediate Excel- willing to learn and comfortable with formulas
  
  


• Strong math proficiency
  
  


• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
  


• Research and detailed problem-solving skills

• Great Plains Accounting Software experience

The applicable base salary range for this role is $42,800 to $85,700.


The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
