Job Description:

Choate Rosemary Hall Summer Programs is accepting applications for part-time and full-time teaching positions for our Academic Enrichment program and Young Artist Program. Minimum requirements for teaching positions include a bachelor's degree and at least two years of teaching experience. Faculty receive stipends for teaching and can earn additional income serving as a dorm adviser, mentoring interns, and facilitating afternoon athletics and activities. Programs include a combination of 2-week, 4-week, and 5-week offerings with new faculty orientation beginning the week of June 23, 2025.

Within Academic Enrichment, courses are offered in the Visual and Performing Arts; English; HPRSS (History, Philosophy, Religion, Social Sciences); Languages (French, Italian, Latin, Spanish); Mathematics (including Computer Science and Robotics); and Science (Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Science, Physics).

Choate Summer Programs is dedicated to academic and personal excellence and rooted in the values of integrity, respect, and compassion. Our summer community includes 750+ students (elementary through high school) from across the country and around the world and more than 120 faculty, interns, and staff.

Responsibilities in the summer generally include a combination of teaching, advising, residential life, and extracurricular activities.
