About the Role:
As a Café Sandwich Artist, you will be at the heart of our café's culinary operations, crafting signature sandwiches, salads and supporting with catering that delight our patrons. Working closely with the Café Chef and kitchen team, you will run the sandwich & salad station, manage food preparation, prep catering orders and create weekly specials that showcase your creativity and understanding of food trends. Your role will also involve maintaining high standards of food safety, managing inventory, and collaborating on menu development to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
