Job Description:




Responsibilities


  • Drafts, edits, compiles, and produces various reports and correspondence for consultants and clients. Examples include proposals, recruitment brochures, advertisements, and deliverables to clients, electronically or physically. These include progress reports, Master Applicant lists, semifinal reports, final reports and similar documents.


  • Project coordination to include maintenance of applicant tracking system (NEOGov), project workflow via multiple databases, running project budget reports, and entering projects into STAR.


  • Coordination with clients and candidates to schedule and prepare materials for interviews, inform of required documentation and deadlines, and provide status updates.


  • Works with Directors to post and update job advertisements to websites and social media creates and distributes marketing letters; tracks marketing efforts and provides recommendations to increase efficiency. Works with consultants to draft and develop project timelines; monitors deadlines and anticipates project needs in advance.


  • Conducts candidate reference calls and background checks, to include social media profile of interview candidates.


  • Seeks out and recommends methods to improve the recruiting process. Train and delegate work to administrative assistant, filling in as needed. Other duties as assigned.





Qualifications

  • Equivalent combination of 1 to 3 years of related experience in human resources and/or project management, and Bachelor's degree with coursework in business, public administration, human resources, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.


  • Strong verbal and written communication sills.


  • Ability to navigate the internet-based software and programs.


  • Be highly organized and detail-oriented.


  • Customer service experience.


  • Valid driver's license.




The compensation range for this role is $26.00 to $51.00/hr. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
