The Payments & Strategy division is hiring for an experienced-level Analyst position. The team serves as a strategic partner to the Payments Committee Support Office (PCSO), the Payments System Research (PSR), and the Bank’s Strategy function. In this area, analysts work directly with Bank Officers and System-wide business leaders to provide executive level documentation, committee support, strategic analysis, project management support, training and presentations. Analysts serve as consultants to management by supporting the completion of projects and identifying and offering recommendations for process improvements. Analysts also are afforded opportunities to provide instruction to teammates and are a key component of the Bank’s leadership pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Provides project management, analytical, and general support for a variety of projects; including executive support
Assists with the development of presentations, speaking notes, and reports to drive knowledge across the organization; recommends and implements improvements
Advances connections, fosters relationships and builds culture through team meeting support
Supports the creation of the quarterly business review; taking key strategic insights from raw data
Drives knowledge and learnings by developing plans and materials for Enterprise Services all-hands, lunch & learns, and other educational sessions
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Typically requires at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of directly related education and/or experience.
Additional Information:
Location: Kansas City, 50% hybrid.
Pay Range: The starting pay range for this position is $64,300 to $78,500 for the job level(s) required for this position. Final offers are determined by factors including the candidate’s qualifications, internal alignment considerations, district assignment, and geographic location.
