Key Responsibilities:
Provide connectivity support for all devices, including laptops, PCs, and printers across the organization.
Install, configure, and deploy PCs; troubleshoot servers and software applications; and apply patches to ensure seamless service.
Manage Active Directory, including user management, permissions, and group policy.
Support Office 365 applications (Exchange, MS Teams, SharePoint).
Maintain both physical and virtual machines.
Monitor systems and automate routine tasks to improve efficiency.
Manage mobile devices (MDM support).
Support and maintain network infrastructure.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
2+ years of experience in hardware/software support.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory.
Experience with on-premises and virtual server support.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 5% for major technical issues at other facilities.
