Their focus will be on implementing new capabilities, like Partial Roth Conversion, or product features as part of the overall Product Policy Value process. The Business Analyst will be responsible for authoring user stories, creating testing strategies and supporting the quality assurance team in test planning and execution/ this is not a requirements eliciting position but someone who can take available information to guide others in execution.
This Individual will be collaborating with a Technical Analyst to ensure product development meets contractual and regulatory requirements, while reducing reputational risk to the company. The business analyst and technical analyst will be part of larger Product project teams. Project teams will be fast paced with demanding stakeholders, and will require a business analyst who can collaboratively, but independently own and drive their SDLC deliverables-project scope, business requirements, test planning and execution, and defect management

Actuarial/Mathematics/or product development experience preferred
Financial Product Modeling, Test strategy and execution oversight experience preferred
Financial services experience preferred
Experience with large scale, enterprise-wide implementations covering a broad and diverse group of stakeholders / end users
