The PC1 Operations Sr. Manager is accountable for establishing governance and seamless execution of processes and initiatives across the Americas region to maximize effectiveness and enable the achievement of operational and strategic goals.
Support PC1 IMEx system implementation and ongoing management of processes for the PC1 team
Support continual improvements of systems and work processes to drive operational efficiency
Maintain DOC usage in 80% of the Tier meetings improving the communication and cascade process
Plan and facilitate all T3 meetings (weekly/ biweekly/ monthly) and orchestrate the VM and CI loop via proactive management through the DOC (Digital Ops Centre). Follow up on actions and ensure full deployment and maintenance of the DOC.
Support the monthly interface and flow of KPI's between customer, VSOT and site teams through the PC1 IMEx levels for aligned reporting and strategy.
They will support the execution of the PC1 T4 leadership ecosystem, working in close collaboration with the Site and Operations Leads for all PC1 customers.
Support the monthly supply and demand cycle between customers, site and planning functions to ensure alignment through the S&OP process.
Represent PC1 in the DSA process for constrained supply situations to ensure equitable outcomes for patients and customers.
It is a highly dynamic role requiring flexibility, agility, positive mindset, and excellent communication skills interfacing with all levels in the regional organization.

Leadership Ecosystem
As directed by our IMEX program, ensure we execute our Leadership ecosystem and Leaders Std work at the T4. Working in close collaboration with the External Supply IMEX team, coach, support and facilitate all leadership meetings accordingly. Follow up on actions and ensure full deployment and maintenance of the DOC.
Communication
Execute the regional Communications strategy for PC1, ensuring full participation and inclusion of all colleagues. Drive engagement through all channels - Sharepoint, Teams, email, others -
Reward and Recognition
Lead the T4/T5 reward and recognition program for PC1, using all meeting and communication opportunities to embed a recognition culture. Orchestrate PC1 submissions and quarterly awards, and regular submissions to T5 on recognition highlights. Represent PC1 recognition forum and provide recognition highlights.
People strategic projects/initiatives
Support and grow the External Supply and PC1 initiatives, ensuring high participation in the different programs across all functions in PC1 and a vibrant ongoing pipeline of opportunities. Drive visibility through regular leadership engagement/virtual meetings and participation in all PC1 events. Represent PC1 workstreams to share learnings and leverage global best practices.

Qualifications
Must have
Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of experience in supply chain
Ability to work with multiple levels in the organization and across geographies in projects and virtual teams
Organizational skills and structure in managing teams and meeting management.
Digital expertise in all standard MS applications, ARIBA, use of Teams and other meeting tools, online surveys etc.
Highly proficient in use of PowerPoint.
Seeks to innovate and use new ways of working to eliminate routine tasks
Communication expertise with strong ability to execute high quality written, verbal and presentational communication.
Positive attitude, with 'can do' approach to work.
Able to work autonomously and with the self-confidence to leverage the network as needed.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $131,200.00 to $218,600.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
