Overview
Consor is seeking a Construction Project Manager with airport facility construction management experience to join our team to provide project leadership in support of a growing PMCM practice. The position will be located in San Francisco (Bay Area, CA). As a dynamic and growing engineering consulting firm, Consor is full of opportunities for career development. The candidate will participate in the pursuit of projects, inspector resource allocation, and recruitment to ensure talent aligns with project delivery needs. Will provide Resident Engineering leadership to ensure exceptional project delivery with high client satisfaction in the construction quality assurance and quality control consulting space.
Salary Range: $170,000 to $200,000
Responsibilities
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
Growing and enhancing our capabilities to support the administration of complex construction projects, primarily in the construction quality assurance/control team space.
Providing a business development supporting role with Opportunity pursuit strategies, teaming strategies, development of statements of qualifications (SOQs) and cultivating client relationships for new pursuits.
Developing project proposals, scopes, schedules, and budgets.
Actively identifying, selecting, and hiring new inspectors and other construction services staff as we grow.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in civil, construction management, or related discipline.
10+ years of experience in construction management of airport facilities projects.
Proven track record in client account management, relationship development, and supervision of field and office staff.
Experience in the full spectrum of consulting service including positioning, proposal development and delivery of project scope.
Must be a self-starter with demonstrated ability to solve complex construction conflicts.
Demonstrated Resident Engineer skills and the ability to lead, train and mentor junior staff.
Ability to communicate with clients and maintain successful client relations.
Demonstrated ability to manage budget, schedule, and construction quality assurance/control teams.
