Your new role
The Quality Control Manager is responsible for the management, supervision, and oversight of dredging and construction projects. This role involves:
What you'll need to succeed
- Ability to supervise construction projects up to $10M.
- Knowledge of construction documents and the ability to read and analyze plans and specifications.
- Experience of supervising project staff.
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to abide by and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Compliance with safety rules and regulations.
- Willingness to travel and work at remote project locations for extended durations.
- Reliability and motivation.
- Ability to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
- Effective communication with co-workers and supervisors.
