Your new role
The Quality Control Manager is responsible for the management, supervision, and oversight of dredging and construction projects. This role involves:
What you'll need to succeed
Ability to supervise construction projects up to $10M.
Knowledge of construction documents and the ability to read and analyze plans and specifications.
Experience of supervising project staff.
Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to abide by and enforce company policies and procedures.
Compliance with safety rules and regulations.
Willingness to travel and work at remote project locations for extended durations.
Reliability and motivation.
Ability to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
Effective communication with co-workers and supervisors.
