They are a highly sought after design-build contractor specializing in commercial, institutional and federal sectors. Your new role
We are looking for Field Engineers and Assistant Superintendents to join this GC team and grow with the business. The company will offer a focused training and development program that will enable you to learn more about the construction sector and become a full Superintendent over time.
Within the role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations on construction sites, including holding daily and weekly meetings, handling construction documentation and regular reporting, upholding site safety procedures, coordinating subcontractors and labor force, coordinating with the project management team, client liaison and more.
What you'll need to succeed
- 1-2 years' experience within the construction sector.
- A passion for the construction sector
- A degree in Construction Management or related field would be beneficial but is not necessary
- Ability to pass a background check and/or apply for clearance for Federal projects.
