Seeking a dynamic individual with excellent clinical, collaborative and consultation skills to join the HIV Social Work team within MGH's Clinical Social Work Department. Outpatient in focus, the candidate will provide both case management and counseling services to persons living with HIV.
Case management responsibilities include but not limited to assisting patients complete Medication and Dental Assistance applications as well as referring to community based organizations for additional supportive services (Housing, Legal, AIDS Action, etc.).
Counseling responsibilities consist of completing psycho-social assessments and subsequent ongoing supportive therapy around adjusting to new diagnosis, living with HIV, sexual orientation, gender identity and substance use treatment readiness.
Other language skills helpful.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Master's of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program required.
Require current Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or must obtain MA Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within 4 months of hire date.
Language skills preferred, Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole preferred.
