DCI Donor Services (DCIDS) is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join us to save lives!! Our mission at DCIDS is to save lives through organ and tissue donation, and we want professionals on our team that will embrace this important work!! We are seeking a passionate and experienced DEI Program Manager to lead and manage initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization. The DEI Program Manager will work closely with leadership, HR, and various teams to create, implement, and assess DEI strategies that foster inclusivity, build relationships with community partners, and manage internship programs

DCI Donor Services operates three organ procurement/tissue recovery organizations: New Mexico Donor Services, Sierra Donor Services, and Tennessee Donor Services. We also maximize the gift of life through the DCI Donor Services Tissue Bank and Sierra Donor Services Eye Bank.

Key responsibilities this position will perform include:

  1. Oversee DEI Strategy Team and manage DEI initiatives that align with the organization’s values and business objectives.
  1. Drive programs that promote diversity in recruitment and employee engagement.
  1. Coordinate training programs and resources to educate employees in both classroom and virtual formats

  1. Collaborate with HR to collect and analyze DEI data, identifying gaps and trends to measure program effectiveness.

  1. Use DEI metrics to develop actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  1. Updates DEI plan document as necessary to account for successes and adjustments due to identified needs.

  1. Establish and maintain relationships with external DEI organizations, universities, and professional groups to foster recruitment and talent pipelines.

  1. Represent the company at DEI-related events, conferences, and initiatives to build the company's external reputation in the DEI space.

  1. Manages Volunteer Service Time Off Program.

  1. Spearhead the Employee Recognition Program.

  1. Partner with HR to provide support to new employee onboarding.

  1. Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3 – 5+ years prior experience that includes project/process managements, stakeholder engagement, and/or organizational leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree, Masters Preferred
  • Must have strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and awareness of, as well as commitment to, contemporary issues of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to meet MVR underwriting requirements.
