RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in North Dighton, MA that is looking to hire a Chief Operating Officer. This company is a non-profit that offers local programs and services to those with disabilities. Duties:

• Manage day-to-day operations


• Implementing policies and procedures


• Ensuring alignment with the firms' goals


• Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement


• Leadership and management ensure effective communication and teamwork among departments to enhance overall performance


• Manage the allocation of resources, including personnel and budget, to optimize operational efficiency


• Reporting - provide regular reports to President and CEO on operational performance and strategic initiatives


• Present insights and recommendations for enhancing operational effectiveness

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree is preferred


• Five years of proven experience in Senior Management with concentration on developmental disabilities or related field


• Driver's license is required and use of one's car will be required


• Knowledge of industry specific regulations and best practices


• Technical skills - proficiency with ADP software required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
