***POSITION IS TRUE HYBRID - OFFICE LOCATED IN WEST SACRAMENTO, CA. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ON-SITE.**
POSITION PURPOSE:
Assist with overall support of Region Sales Team (or specific customer team) with customer inquiries, and order data entry.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
Perform various data entry, such as entering customer sales orders, customer pricing, and/or promotional deals.
Research and respond to customer issues as needed.
Work closely with Quality Control, Transportation, Accounting and Purchasing to ensure customer satisfaction on all levels.
Answer and handle or route incoming calls.
Assist in cold calling with new potential customers.
Assist in calling accounts for order placements.
Assist with daily office functions: sorting, filing, copying, mass mailings, phones, mail distribution, etc.
Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Albert's Recall Plan.
Perform all duties and responsibilities in an ethical manner and in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
Performs other job duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
High School diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum one (1) year experience in an office, administrative and/or sales setting.
KNOWLEDGE:
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel required.
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
English/Spanish bilingual skills a plus.
Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
