Job Description:

As the full-time Supply Chain Coordinator, you will ensure uninterrupted flow of supplies and equipment for critical surgical procedures, thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and have excellent problem-solving skills and medical supply knowledge. Hiring range between $29.85-$41.65, and placement in the range based on evaluation of experience.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Communication & Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between Supply Chain, Warehouse, and ASC teams. Train staff, troubleshoot issues, and host collaborative meetings.


  • Logistics & Quality Assurance: Maintain inventory principles, ensure proper storage and handling, conduct inventory counts, and uphold regulatory standards.


  • Data Management & Reporting: Utilize inventory management software to track usage, forecast needs, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Build and manage KPIs.


  • Inventory Management: Ensure appropriate inventory levels, manage incoming goods, and address product recalls and backorders.


  • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards related to medical supply chain management, such as those set by the FDA, CMS, AAAHC, etc.

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

  • Two years of experience in a supply chain setting: procurement, purchasing, receiving, distribution required.

  • Two years of experience working in healthcare required, hospital or surgical setting preferred.

  • Certification in supply chain management preferred (APICS CPIM or equivalent).

Pay Range:
$29.28 - $43.92

PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
