We're seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead our IT infrastructure team. In this role, you'll oversee network and system operations, provide hands-on leadership, and drive strategic projects to enhance security, efficiency, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team.
- Oversee infrastructure design, maintenance, monitoring, and security.
- Manage budgets, optimize resources, and drive cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams and vendors to enhance IT services.
- Lead disaster recovery exercises and infrastructure projects.
What You'll Bring:
- 15+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in leadership or project management.
- Expertise in network security (firewalls, SASE, vulnerability management).
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, Unified Communications, and SD-WAN.
- Proven experience with DR/Business Continuity planning.
- Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills.
Preferred: IT certifications in related fields.
