The Customer Service Representative for Leica Biosystems is responsible is part of the Customer Service Team located in Deer Park, Illinois and will be onsite. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.
This role reports to the Senior Manager, Customer Service and is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience, processing a high volume of orders accurately and managing all aspects of the customer order fulfillment process which includes order entry through delivery.
