Responsibilities:

• 
  Collections Management:
  
  
  
  • Reach out to customers via phone and email to follow up on overdue payments and outstanding balances.
  
  
  • Review and monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts, ensuring timely and effective collection efforts.
  
  
  • Keep accurate records of all customer communications, including payment agreements and promises.
  
  
  
  Invoice Discrepancy Resolution:
  
  
  
  • Investigate and analyze customer accounts for any billing discrepancies.
  
  
  • Submit case tickets to the relevant departments to resolve any issues related to invoicing discrepancies.
  
  
  
  Customer Relationship Management:
  
  
  
  • Maintain a professional and courteous approach in all interactions to build and sustain positive client relationships.
  
  
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing billing and payment inquiries and concerns promptly.
  
  
  
  Collaboration:
  
  
  
  • Partner with the accounting team to gain a thorough understanding of client accounts and transactions.
  
  
  • Engage in team meetings to review account status, address challenges, and discuss effective strategies for collections.
