Responsibilities:
Manage and support enterprise-class systems, specialized Linux operating systems, cross-domain solutions, and boundary devices.
Troubleshoot and administer Linux OS and associated hardware/software using Red Hat command line tools.
Implement and apply Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and mitigate vulnerabilities as directed by Information Assurance (IA) based on scan findings and DoD regulations.
Oversee the re-imaging of workstations, servers, and databases (physical and virtual).
Manage enterprise-level cross-domain solutions to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a specialized area; or equivalent experience.
Master's degree preferred but not required.
Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI clearance required with the ability and willingness to obtain a polygraph upon hire.
Technical Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Linux system administration.
Proficiency in Red Hat Linux command line administration.
Expertise in troubleshooting operating systems, hardware, and associated software at a command level.
Familiarity with implementing and managing DoD-level STIG compliance.
