Integrated Master Scheduler
Warren, MI

Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and maintain program master schedules using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software.
- Prepare Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for DoD Acquisition Programs, Federal Agency projects, or vehicle/system development efforts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve common goals, document interdependencies, and allocate resources.
- Monitor progress, analyze the impact of concurrent activities, and provide regular schedule updates.
- Conduct schedule risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to review and update schedules.
Qualifications:

Educational Requirement: BA or BS Degree preferred. -
Clearance Requirement: Active Secret Security Clearance required. -
Experience:- Minimum 3+ years of experience building, managing, and maintaining program master schedules using Microsoft Project or equivalent tools.
- At least 2+ years preparing Integrated Master Schedules for DoD Acquisition Programs or other Federal Agency projects.

Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a program analyst managing program cost, schedule, and performance.
- PMP Certification.
