Job Description:

Meta is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager supporting the Assessment Operations & Programs team. The mission of the Assessment Operations team is to leverage program management expertise that enables strategic delivery of capacity and assessment infrastructure programs in the hiring mid-funnel. The role will work cross-functionally with Business, Recruiting, and People Operations partners globally to drive both short and long-term initiatives in support of achieving Meta's hiring goals.



Program Manager, Assessment Operations Responsibilities:



  • Understand the needs of aligned hiring pipelines to produce effective and relevant input and feedback into Assessment Operations projects and programs

  • Gather and prioritize stakeholder requirements for current and future projects and programs

  • Identify input needed and work closely with cross-functional partners (People Operations, Recruiting, and Business leads) to maintain full visibility of multiple projects, ensuring any feedback gaps are addressed

  • Proactively monitor program performance data to analyze and forecast capacity trends to influence program objectives

  • Identify and communicate all risks and changes to the program and regularly update stakeholders

  • Create and manage relevant interviewer training paths, ensuring new interviewers are funneling through the process. Partnering with XFN teams to research and implement additional required training and structure as needed

  • Build strong relationships, gain alignment, resolve conflict, and focus on the problem statements to be solved

  • Lead and develop innovative, scalable solutions that improve efficiency across the recruiting process as it relates to interviewer capacity, scaling, and utilization

  • Act as a key partner to XFNs for implementation of structured assessment changes to interviewing infrastructure - interview roles, selection tagging, question sets, and ecosystem changes

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Provide a proactive and positive influence within the team through feedback and mentorship to peers





Minimum Qualifications:



  • BA/BS degree

  • 6+ years of program management or operations experience

  • Proven data and analytical skills

  • Proven communication skills and experience fostering cross-functional working relationships

  • Experience influencing others across multiple teams within the organization and cross functionally

  • Experience leading multiple strategic projects/initiatives with limited oversight

  • Experience presenting organizational and process flow content to audiences

  • Detail-oriented problem solver with experience working autonomously

  • Highly organized with the experience to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing work time efficiently





Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience managing, analyzing, and generating insights from large data sets

  • Experience in navigating and utilizing Tableau

  • Experience managing a portfolio of projects & programs with global impact

  • Knowledge of advanced project planning methodologies

  • Recruiting operations experience

  • Change management experience

$116,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits


Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
