Responsibilities & Requirements





  • Meets greets, clients and visitors

  • Reserves conference room, assists in planning events, catering

  • Scheduling of meetings

  • Manages reservation reports working with office services and IT to assure proper equipment is there for each meeting

  • Answer multi-line phones in professional manner, routes calls, forward messages to appropriate attorneys and staff members

  • Maintains reception area and inventory of materials

  • Assist with time entry, billing and sending invoices to clients

  • Must maintain high level of service in communicating with guests

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Able to work in fast paced environment, handle sensitive, confidential matters with discretion.

  • Independent, able to multi-task

  • Microsoft Office Suite , Excel & Word.

  • Knowledge of InTapp, 3E helpful

  • College degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required
