The Senior Project Accountant is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of engineering/construction projects. This includes budgeting, tracking project costs, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role requires close collaboration with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure the financial success of projects.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
Familiarity with construction accounting software (e.g., Sage 300, Procore, or Viewpoint).
