This role is a 90-day Contract position, providing vital support to VPs and Directors. In this role, you'll manage schedules, communications, and key administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly. Duties:
* Serve as a communication liaison between executive leadership, staff, clients, and the public, managing correspondence.
* Coordinate logistics for special projects, events, and executive engagements, including travel, lodging, dining, transportation, and meetings.
* Draft, edit, and review correspondence, reports, and presentations while taking meeting notes.
* Oversee expense management, track financial data, and maintain spreadsheets.
* Plan events, support process improvement, and foster relationships with key stakeholders locally and internationally.
Requirements:
* Highschool Diploma or GED required
* 2+ years of executive administrative support experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Additional Info:
* Pay: $30 to $45/hr
* Schedule: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
* Location: Hybrid - 1x work from home per week
