SEL is seeking a warm, diligent, creative, and highly organized administrative assistant to serve as the office administrator for our Lynnwood, Washington location.
In this role, you will support our facility and the employees that work here. Beyond typical office administrator duties, you will play a central part in driving a positive culture and fostering a supportive work environment for SEL employee owners.
As an Administrative Assistant, a typical day might include the following:
Manage day-to-day operations for an office environment including supporting local employees, stocking supplies, coordinating events, and make our office a great place to work.
Support information flow through the development of correspondence, meeting minutes, presentations, and filing systems.
Prepare and code forms for purchasing supplies and equipment.
Coordinate and reconcile travel arrangements.
Collaborate with internal and external contacts.
Plan and organize customer visits and training.
Mentor, train and provide backup for other Administrative Assistants.

Pay Range Data
Administrative Assistant $21.78- $32.55. Lead Administrative Assistant $23.89 - $35.81. Senior Administrative Assistant $26.25 - $39.42 per hour.
Our salary ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills
