Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

• 
  Plan and Execute. Work with our Employee Experience team to organize engaging events like New Hire Orientation and company-wide surprises that make our workplace unique.
  
  


• 
  Be Hands-On. From setup to cleanup, you'll ensure every detail runs smoothly-think logistics, problem-solving, and keeping everything on track.
  
  


• 
  Connect Employees. Be the friendly face employees turn to with questions. Help new hires feel right at home from day one.
  
  


• 
  Create Magic. You won't just capture special moments-you'll make them happen! And yes, you'll pitch in on team projects as needed (no special licenses required).

Preferred Experience:

• Background in program coordination, event planning, or hospitality is a big plus.

• Regular and predictable attendance (we're counting on you!).
  
  


• Ability to lift 50 lbs (think moving chairs or event supplies).
  
  


• A valid driver's license and responsible driving history.
  
  


• Reliable transportation for those "we need this now" moments.
