The Purpose of Your Role



We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator with at least 2 years of B2B marketing experience and strong graphic design skills. In this role, you will lead internal and external marketing initiatives, create visually engaging content, and collaborate across departments to support branding, communications, and strategic projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing.

  • Graphic design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.

  • Familiarity with marketing platforms like HubSpot and 6sense is a plus.

  • Experience in the contact center industry is a plus.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Design and Branding:


  • Graphic Design: Produce high-quality visuals for digital and print, including email campaigns, social media, event materials, sales collateral, and client presentations while maintaining brand consistency.

  • Whitepaper and Case Study Templating: Design and format compelling templates for whitepapers, case studies, and other long-form content, ensuring a polished and professional look aligned with Liveops’ brand guidelines.

  •  Internal Communications: Design visually appealing PowerPoints, emails, and internal messaging to enhance company-wide communication and initiatives.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with teams, including sales and leadership, to create branding materials for board meetings, client proposals, and sales pitches.

Asset Creation:


  • Content Development: Conceptualize and produce engaging video content and animated graphics tailored for various channels, including social media platforms, sales presentations, digital advertisements, websites, email campaigns, and internal communications.

  • Campaign Integration: Develop video assets for Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) and Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) nurture campaigns, targeting both prospects and existing clients to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

  • Tool Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in leading video creation and editing tools for video production. Utilize user-friendly platforms like Canva and/or Animaker for quick, high-quality content creation as well as more advanced designs in Adobe Suite.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure video content aligns with Liveops' brand messaging and strategic objectives.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of content across different channels, using insights to refine and optimize future marketing strategies.


Campaign Management:


  • Content Development: Assist with marketing content, including blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and case studies.

  • Event Support: Coordinate marketing needs for trade shows, conferences, and client events, including branded materials and visual assets.

  • Campaign Execution: Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns using tools like HubSpot, 6sense, and WordPress.


Strategic Support:


  • Platform Management: Leverage marketing tools like HubSpot and 6sense to drive lead generation and campaign performance.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze marketing data to evaluate the success of campaigns and refine future strategies.

  • PowerPoint Expertise: Develop visually compelling presentations for board meetings, prospect pitches, and client engagements.

  • Up to 5% travel required per year.
