Executive Director to lead our mission.
As the Executive Director, you will:
- Administer policies and provide overall direction within Board guidelines.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate operational activities of the office.
- Serve as the CEO, COO, and CFO of the organization.
Education/Experience:
- Five or more years of supervisory experience required.
- Experience working for a Workforce Development or Non-Profit organization preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to workforce development is required with a master's degree preferred.
- Experience in grant writing and interacting with funders.
- An understanding of federal grants management and Uniform Guidance is preferred.
These criteria may be adjusted based on other equivalent combinations of education and experience.
Salary Range: $81,223.00 - $129,956.00 Annually
