Har-Tru is active in the industry as an advocate for the sport and sponsor of tennis related activities. 

Position: International Sales Associate

Location: Troy, VA (Remote work possible)

Summary:

Har-Tru, LLC is looking for a skilled sales professional to help support the company’s growing international segment. This individual will play a key role in establishing and managing customer relations worldwide, and in helping the company become the global leader in its industry. The territory includes all countries outside of the US, with a heavy emphasis on Europe. In addition to customer acquisition, the work will include supporting the company’s international subsidiaries and business partners. Most work can be performed in the office, however 1-2 trips per year to key markets may be required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Demonstrate a sense of urgency, communicate efforts in a timely and effective manner

· Spend a significant percentage of time in discussion with prospects via phone, video conference or email.

· Aggressively pursue new customers, distributors, and channels.

· Distributor/customer partnership development through continual communication (emails, calls, quarterly connections, face-to-face time, and potential shows/events.

· Perform administrative processing of customer orders, with an emphasis on international orders.

· Serve as a Rep in the B2C capacity which supports the company’s retail channel strategy.

· Log all customer contact activity and details into the customer database correctly and accurately.

· Coordinate logistics for container shipments as well as importing/exporting documents.

· Coordinate deliveries to customers based on project needs and material availability.

· Support In-Market Territory Reps

· Work closely with In-Market Customer Service Partners

· Stay involved and up to date with all customer interactions and ensure you are available and able to assist with any questions or issues.

· Be cognizant of other cultures and customs to continually make sure we are respectful of customers when communicating and visiting.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree and at least one year of experience in sales, with call center sales experience highly desirable. Additional years of experience in equivalent position may substitute for formal education requirement.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, phone systems and basic computer skills

· Multi-lingual and advanced cultural skills are preferred

· Ability to effectively deal with problems involving multiple variables in time sensitive situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions.

· Additional duties as assigned
