The Pull-Coordinator represents the maintenance activity at the local level in its interaction, communication and coordination of activities with other local operations functions: driver care, route operations and customer care.
Schedule: Monday - Friday
4:45am - 1:30pm
Starting Rate of Pay: $19.50 per hour
What will your job look like?
Ensures 1st shift drivers are fit for duty and meet uniform requirements
Assists drivers with daily inspections
Reports safety hazards at designated parking area
Communicates to dispatch vehicle maintenance issues that need attention
Assists with vehicle assignment changes
Ensures all buses are equipped with appropriate passes/vouchers if applicable
May act as relief driver when necessary
All you need is:
H.S. diploma or G.E.D,
A valid CDL class B with Air-brake Testing and with Passenger (P) Endorsement
1+ years in transportation routing, dispatching, and scheduling expertise
Even better if you have:
College degree
Ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of MTM Transit operations, company policies, and guidelines
Ability to schedule, organize and prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
Moderate to advanced computer skills
Exceptional interpretation and problem solving skills
