This role will work in conjunction with Global & Regional Human Resources to support the strategic planning, design, development, and communication of HR systems programs and initiatives. This will include gathering and analyzing data and delivering accurate reports and dashboards in a timely manner. Data audits - audit the human capital systems to ensure data changes are made correctly and data is accurately reflected and investigate and resolve discrepancies. This position will focus primarily in Workday and require strong analytic skills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Design, develop, and maintain HCM reporting and analytics solutions to support the organization's goals
Implement integration of Workday Payroll across multiple offices
Utilize data-driven insights to help the organization make informed decisions about its resources
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and provide strategic advice on how to best leverage HCM reporting and analytics
Develop and implement strategies to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement
Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and other reporting tools to track performance
Present findings to Executive teams as well as others, including global employees
Train and mentor team members on HCM reporting and analytics best practices
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in HCM reporting and analytics as well as improving processes
Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Must be proficient in MS Excel to analyze trends, check for anomalies, and provide reports to senior management in person and via report delivery
The HRIS Reporting Analyst will interact with all levels of the organization, most often with senior managers and staff due to the nature of the work
Gather and analyze data to support executive and other internal reporting needs and deliver accurate reports in a timely manner
Act as a Data Steward to ensure the accuracy of data entry, data analysis, and reporting
Participate in HR projects as needed; generate reports from various HCM data as needed from sources including the HCM systems, manual spreadsheets, data gathered from HR team members, and various other sources
Recommends controls for data by identifying problems and writing detailed procedures
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
5-7 years of experience supporting Payroll applications or in a corporate HRIS/IT role.
Supported at least ONE end-to-end implementation of Workday Payroll and Time Tracking OR Workday Payroll PRO Certified
Understanding of the impacts to Payroll processes and data feeds to other internal and external applications related to the Payroll
Hands-on configuration experience of Workday Core HR, Payroll, and Time Tracking modules
Functional knowledge of Workday Benefits, Absence, and Compensation modules
Ability to create, deploy, and maintain Workday custom reports and dashboards
Use with HCM as configuration, not as a user
Independent self-starter who can work with minimal direction and isn't afraid to problem solve in a sandbox environment
Requires a Bachelor degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Human Resources *or* equivalent associated business experience
Proven ability to document current business processes, determine gaps, and suggest effective solutions
ENVIRONMENT:
100% performed in climate-controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions. National and International travel will be (up to 10%) possible in support of the position's responsibilities.
