Description: Our client is currently seeking a Occupational Therapist in Englewood, NJ!


Job Details: Ongoing Contract


Location: Englewood, NJ (Skilled Nursing Facility)


Hours: Monday-Friday (32+ Hours/week)


Compensation: Competitive and based on experience



This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.


• Provide therapy to improve ADLs, mobility, and functional skills.


• Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic techniques.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for holistic care.


• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and goals.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.


• State licensure in NJ or eligibility required.


• Experience in geriatric care preferred.


• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
