Our client is seeking a Triage Engineer in Denver, CO .


Role Description


Description:
Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications. Supports and/or installs software applications/operating systems. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. 5- 10 years of experience.


Will be part of the Triage team and will be doing the following work:
1. Triage issues that are reported by the testing team in the Networking Domain.
2. Help teams in reproducing the issues
3. Use knowledge of openwrt, opensync and DHCP, DHCPv6 in day-to-day job.


What you will be doing:
• Triage and troubleshoot firmware defects across 9 router platforms.
• Drive resolution of high priority issues while working with Developers, NetOps Engineers, Architects, and testers to establish root cause / fixes
• Investigate highly complex customer impacting issues
• Support outside teams and major programs (e.g. Xumo to investigate connectivity issues)
