Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product marketing, competitive intelligence, and analyst relations, to craft media narratives that align with business priorities.
Oversee crisis communications and reputation management efforts, ensuring swift and strategic responses to emerging challenges.
Arm domestic and international PR agencies with key narratives, messaging, and tools to drive consistent, measurable results across global markets.
Monitor and respond to competitive media narratives, shaping CrowdStrike’s positioning with precision and authority.
A proven track record of developing and executing impactful media relations strategies that align with core business goals and deliver measurable results.
Strong writing skills with the ability to craft press releases, statements, pitches, and thought leadership content that drive influence and coverage.
Experience managing crisis communications, competitive narratives, and high-stakes public relations efforts.
A deep understanding of the media landscape, including established relationships with top-tier journalists and a keen eye for emerging trends.
A collaborative mindset and ability to work seamlessly across product, marketing, and leadership teams to align efforts and drive impact.
A relentless focus on delivering results and seizing opportunities to tell CrowdStrike’s story in dynamic and differentiated ways.
Demonstrated expertise in simplifying complex cybersecurity and technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for media and stakeholders.
10–12+ years of experience in media relations, public relations, or strategic communications, with a focus on technology or cybersecurity.
Extensive experience managing competitive narratives and shaping industry conversations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work in high-growth, fast-paced environments while delivering high-impact results.
A strong network of media contacts and expertise in managing media relationships.
