JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Purpose

• Design and develop dashboards in support of leadership and line of business leader needs and analyze results in support of key metrics.
• Leverage automation and technology to ensure efficient and accurate metric reporting and data quality controls.
• Conducts accurate and timely business analysis and reporting to support and drive business decisions using modeling and other business analysis tools.
• Collaborates with key stakeholders to define key financial and operational metrics to continuously monitor, track, and report performance.
• Maintains various models used to project business results; enhances the model where there is business value in adjusting the models.
• Ensures analysis and reporting accuracy and integrity.
• Assist business areas in linking operating budget to business plan and adjusts estimates/forecasts in support of changes in the plan
• Develop business trend analysis, monitor key operating metrics and communicate those results to management.
• Translate needs of customers into reporting solutions, with minimal guidance from supervisor.
• Provides operational and ad hoc information as well as customized reports for specific audiences.
• Work closely with management to identify, prioritize and execute plans to improve the efficiency of metrics and reporting.
• Responsible for developing and running weekly, monthly and annual reports.
• Perform specials projects and other related duties as assigned.
