The Jr. Financial Analyst will be responsible to work with various process in order to develop or oversee database for data analysis. The candidate is responsible to translate business needs into strategies and plans with focused execution. The candidate will play an integral role in assisting with the reporting and reconciliation of work plans with execution of data management solutions focused on delivery to complex reporting challenges and expanding finance business partnering footprint with all levels of management.
Key Responsabilities
Design and develop dashboards in support of leadership and line of business leader needs and analyze results in support of key metrics.
Leverage automation and technology to ensure efficient and accurate metric reporting and data quality controls.
Conducts accurate and timely business analysis and reporting to support and drive business decisions using modeling and other business analysis tools.
Collaborates with key stakeholders to define key financial and operational metrics to continuously monitor, track, and report performance.
Maintains various models used to project business results; enhances the model where there is business value in adjusting the models.
Ensures analysis and reporting accuracy and integrity.
Assist business areas in linking operating budget to business plan and adjusts estimates/forecasts in support of changes in the plan
Develop business trend analysis, monitor key operating metrics and communicate those results to management.
Translate needs of customers into reporting solutions, with minimal guidance from supervisor.
Provides operational and ad hoc information as well as customized reports for specific audiences.
Work closely with management to identify, prioritize and execute plans to improve the efficiency of metrics and reporting.
Responsible for developing and running weekly, monthly and annual reports.
Perform specials projects and other related duties as assigned.
