Design, develop and deliver high-profile, high-impact Sales training programs delivered in multiple modes - instructor-led and virtual workshops, train-the-trainer, self-paced online courses and videos, and technical solution lab exercises.
Define and manage program objectives and competencies for the Americas and consider how they might be tailored for Global use.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to determine how to position Vertiv against competitor offerings.
Design and implement training lab environments for remote access and hands on learning that is accessible, flexible and applicable.
Standardize on learning/mentoring plans for recruiting and onboarding of new associates.
Develop internal relationships with Offering and Marketing teams to work with beta version of product and software
Understand and define target associate personas to design instruction that resonates with the audience
Measure program impact against agreed to success metrics
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Instructional Design or other related technical degree. Instructional design and instructor certifications preferred
