Lead cross-departmental teams through completion of projects varying in focus, detail, and scope
Define and clearly convey project deliverable, milestone, timeline, and success criteria and goals
Develop project plans, decide how to approach tasks, and develop a plan of action
Estimate the scope and resource needs to fulfill project requirements
Coordinate meetings/touch points with internal and external stakeholders to ensure regular status updates, team alignment, and continued progress
Act as a liaison, advisor, and trusted partner to internal and external stakeholders, advising on best practices and decisions
Lead structured problem-solving activities with project teams
Participate in cost analysis and support the accuracy of project budgets and invoicing
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
Ability to delegate tasks among internal and external stakeholders, setting clear expectations of dependencies, deliverable dates, and project impact
Assist in reporting on key financial metrics and deliver measurable performance outcomes
Document and communicate project status, accomplishments, next steps, and issues to internal and external teams through various tools and methods
Identify and report risks and their impact to overall project success to internal and external stakeholders; provide recommendations for mitigation of risk
Demonstrate the ability to interpret creative ideas to provide seamless production delivery while upholding the creative concept within timescale and budget
Strong client management, negotiation, and troubleshooting skills to manage, develop and strengthen ongoing client relationships
Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.
Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources.
Establish and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
Ability to craft client-facing PPT presentations, present information in-person and over Teams, and write various important communications (e.g., briefs, client proposals)
Performs other duties as assigned by leadership
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in proposal and/or project management
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks as appropriate

Willingness to learn new solutions to aid in success of cross-departmental project success
Ability to work on multiple projects at once, prioritize and execute multiple tasks, and resolve issues impacting project success in a timely manner
Skilled at listening and at sending clear, well-tuned messages (both verbal and written)
Keen attention to detail, self-motivated, and service oriented
Preferred Skills:
High level understanding of Fintech specific product risks, security requirements, and needs
Experience managing implementations of SaaS applications
PMP Certification

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is (USD $80,000 - $105,000 per year).
