Job Summary The Senior Liquidity Risk Governance Analyst reports to the Director - Liquidity Governance and plays a key role in ensuring compliance with all related regulations and support preparation of key committee materials for liquidity risk. This analyst will support the liquidity risk identification process, assist with creating and maintaining policies and procedures within liquidity risk accurately reflect team functionality and align to regulatory requirements, and participate in exams and audits encompassing liquidity risk.

Job Responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct analysis and create reports and presentations that communicate complex issues and regulatory requirements to internal and external stakeholders.
Support development and management of liquidity risk policies and procedures as well as Contingency Funding Plan.
Work with internal business partners with regards to liquidity risk, including lines of business, independent review function, model validation and internal audit.
Participate in and provide supporting information for various examination processes for liquidity risk including regulatory horizontal exams, 2LOD, Internal Audit
Provide data analysis and reporting in support of the liquidity risk identification process, limits and early warning indicators.
ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications:
Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
Minimum experience required: 3+ Years as part of a team managing liquidity risk for a Category IV or larger banking institution.
Knowledge of key liquidity regulations governing Category IV banking institutions such as Reg YY, FR 2052a, SR Letter 12-7, SR Letter 10-6 and SR Letter 12-17.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education level preferred: Master's Degree (or Postgraduate equivalent) in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
Experience interacting with governing regulatory bodies for Category IV or higher institutions and involvement in oversight examinations.
Job Competencies:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Project, Visio, and Publisher.
Focused on creation of efficiencies, root cause analysis, and process improvements.
Strong problem solving & strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify problems and recommend solutions quickly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to prepare presentations for senior management.
