RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's large retail client is seeking a Senior/Lead Product Manager, Warehouse Automation in Rocklin, CA.

Summary:
In this role, you will be the functional subject matter expert for warehouse automation (ASRS/Sorter/MHE) and related warehouse management and warehouse execution systems (WMS/WES). The ideal candidate would have the product experience to effectively influence/participate in business engagement, strategic planning, roadmap development and decisions to ensure we deliver high value and high impact scalable solutions in an incremental fashion, unlocking hyper-growth, data-driven decision making and creating a world of possibilities for our customers/business.

Success in the role requires agility and results orientation, strategic and innovative thinking, a proven track record of delivering successful internal and external customer solutions at scale, rigorous analytical skills, and a passion for ROI driven approaches to solving problems.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a technology organization


• Day to day experience with working within an Agile environment, working with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, working with development teams


• Project experience around supply chain systems and applications within a distribution center environment


• Must be able to be onsite 4 days a week in SF, Rocklin or San Jose

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
