We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). This role involves a combination of inbound and outbound calls, email communication, and computer-based tasks to support strategic objectives while delivering exceptional customer service.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers.
Make outbound calls, including:
Reaching out to members to schedule maintenance.
Contacting customers who haven't used services recently to offer seasonal specials.
Interact with customers positively to provide information about products and services.
Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day.
Create and manage customer service agreements using software tools.
Schedule various customer appointments, such as consultations, maintenance visits, and service calls.
Complete daily assigned tasks in the customer management system.
Support back-office administrative tasks, including dispatching, scheduling tune-ups, assisting with inside sales, and collecting payments.
Resolve customer problems and concerns promptly and effectively.
Maintain customer accounts and detailed records of interactions.
Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, technicians, and team members via phone, email, and written correspondence.
Meet CSR performance metrics.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: Dispatching experience in the trades is highly preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication skills, including active listening.
Service-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in computer use and quick to learn new software.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Geographical knowledge of the service area or strong map-reading skills.
Attributes:

Positive and professional demeanor.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior customer service experience required.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
Willingness to work extended hours, nights, or weekends as needed.
