Job Description:

Beacon Hill Legal is excited to present an opportunity for an accomplished Litigation Legal Secretary to join our client, a prominent Texas-based litigation firm.


**We are seeking candidates who possess:**
- At least five (5) years of recent litigation experience within a law firm, specializing in defense litigation is highly desirable.
- In-depth understanding of the litigation process and rules of procedure.
- Exceptional secretarial, grammar, and proofreading skills that demonstrate attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite, ensuring efficiency in all tasks.
- Experience with electronic court filings, both state and federal, to streamline processes.
- Familiarity with Document Management Systems (DMS), preferably iManage; candidates with experience in other systems will also receive training.
- Proficiency in using iTimekeep for accurate billing entries on behalf of attorneys.
- Knowledge of Addarant, an accounts payable system, with training available to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
